The DI Box

A couple weekends back I got on a Spring Cleaning kick and gathered some things together that needed to leave my home. It was a very eye opening experience to just how comfortable we have gotten in this home. After gathering all this junk together I set it by the front door in hopes that a run to DI would take place soon. But if you know our family, you know just how busy we are and I hate to say it but a DI run is that last thing we want to do. So these items have been sitting by our door in an open box for over a week now.

And for those of you have children, I'm sure you understand the amount of trouble a box like this might invite.

Compliments of Steven, these are some things that have been removed since the creation of the box: The obnoxious penguin that takes up more space then a toy should be allowed has been thrown throughout the house, returned to the box, only to be taken out again and thrown again; the old sippy cup that he hated to use has been placed by the kitchen sink and asked to be filled; a water bottle from Office Max has become a bath toy; a book about using the potty, once despised, was asked to be read; and a dump truck that is hated due to its lack of ability to stay together was played with causing more pain and sorrow for me.

Needless to say this box must be removed from my home soon before all it's contents are returned to their original locations.
